However, due to the nature of our products, which include custom-designed cookhouses, family rooms, sleeping quarters, washrooms, and exterior spaces, our refund and return policy has specific guidelines.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Since our products are often customized to meet your specific requirements, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if there is a defect or damage caused during delivery, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will request photos of the damage or defect to assess the situation.
3. Cancellations
Once an order is placed and processed, cancellations are not accepted due to the nature of our products and the customization involved. Please be sure of your order before confirming.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Please note that we only accept cash on delivery as the payment method. Payment will be due upon delivery of your items. COD orders are final, and once delivered, no returns or exchanges are permitted unless there is a defect or damage.
